Page yield is measured using the industry-standard 5% coverage page - not a fully inked page.

    Why is my printer saying 'non-genuine cartridge'?

    If you recently updated your printer's software and suddenly saw a "Non-Genuine Cartridge" or "Counterfeit Ink Detected" error message, you're not alone.

    Printer manufacturers frequently push automatic firmware updates over Wi-Fi. While they claim these updates improve performance, their primary purpose is often to detect and block third-party smart chips — forcing you to buy their expensive brand-name ink.

    Will your compatible ink work with my printer?

    If you've just installed our ink and encountered this warning, don't panic — in most cases your printer is simply trying to scare you. You can easily bypass it:

    2. If the message persists, take the cartridge out, gently wipe the chip with a lint-free cloth, and re-insert it.
